Startupers are great people
Startuper’s dream, create, question, collaborate, set precedents, inspire…they truly do it all.
But the one thing that stands out most to me, is that Startuper’s [and I’m using that term to include all people involved with startups, not just entrepreneurs] are just downright great people.
Even when they are critical, or harsh, they’re doing it out of love. Like the tough love a parent has to give to a child in order to see them reach their full potential. So, even when you might not agree with them, they’re really just doing it for your own good.
It has truly been an incredible experience to get to know some startuper’s in the last 7-8 months or so and it has been the number one reason why I know I always want to be surrounded by them.
So helpful. So generous. So paying forward.
Most likely because they realize that the world benefits from these dreamers and creators. Inspiring others is simply all in a day’s work for a startuper.
And also because they understand that it’s hard to be out on an island being the only “crazy” person. So they make it a priority to help others with their insights and guide others to more crazy people that will take the journey with them.
This is why I love startups, because they’re a small group of crazy people trying to do something great. Trying to take on the world against all odds. And Personally…I wouldn’t have it any other way.
